Idén március 8-án pedig Jen bejelentette, hogy egy új sorozat pilotját forgatják a CBS csatorna számára. A sorozat címe Under The Bridge. Ez egy doktoros sorozat és Jen a főszereplője. Jen egy szívsebész és sok év múlva kénytelen visszatérni egy hagyományos kórházba dolgozni, mert a férje magánklinikája csődbe ment. Szóval Jen újra orvosi köpenybe bújik és doktorosat fog játszani. A pilot forgatása már véget ért, szóval most majd szorítani kell, hogy a csatorna be is rendelje sorozatnak. Jó lenne, ha lenne belőle pár évad. Justin Reese – Star of Bravo’s 'Southern Charm New Orleans' – Spills The Tea We've Been Wanting From Men In Relationships (Plus, An Exclusive Peek!)

He's a lawyer - so he's knows how to perfectly navigate a grilling session. But we definitely got the tea we came to get from Justin Reese, star of the hit show "Southern Charm New Orleans". He dished on the question we've all been waiting to hear the answer to, especially from men who just can't seem to lock ish down with a ring.

  As a personal injury lawyer and sports agent from New Orleans, Justin Reese is a prominent figure in his community and is involved in plenty community endeavors. But what’s really the talk of the town - and reality TV - is his relationship with co-star and girlfriend, Kelsey Nichols, as their drama plays out on the show. So, we caught up with Mr. "I'm waiting for the right time" Reese to do some fact-checking!

Justin and Kelsey have moved in together and have renovated a whole house together (atop). But she remains a girlfriend - for now - and folks have questions (like, is her name on the deed or nah?).

When it came to redesigning his childhood home on the show, which was torn apart from Hurricane Katrina, Justin credited his girlfriend for being a huge inspiration for it all.

“Kelsey and I are both big HGTV fans, so we would watch stuff to get ideas. I never was a fan of Pinterest, she had me making a Pinterest account and the next thing you know I’m saving stuff, it was cool but then it got really overwhelming because it's so much stuff out there and we had a contractor we were working with and a designer- two ladies that were a mother-daughter duo," Justin dished to us. "They were not just interior decorators, they’re designers. They help you pick the hardware floors, the cabinets, the countertops. They made our lives so much easier. They helped streamline the process even more."

However, Justin admitted they went way over the budget during the process.

“Man, I went over $100,000 over budget, 100 grand in cash. That’s a lot! And I’m thinking to myself, we need to move to the next step so how do I do this? I had to pump the brakes a little bit and slow down. I had to cut a lot of things off. I used to spend a lot of money, but I went back to shopping at Macy’s and taking my clothes to the tailors. I started saving thousands of dollars. I had to go on a really strict budget to get comfortable again.”

Come through financial plan! Yet and still, Kelsey clearly wasn't trying to hear it, because she has definitely brought up the question about when they're going to take that next step. Multiple times.

The real question is, why the wait? Why are men seemingly waiting so long to pop the question when they already claim to know who they want to spend the rest of their life with? Justin explains it's not so much the marriage part as to why men are scared to jump the broom, but more of the fear of not being able to provide.

“Well, speaking for the good guys that want to take care of his family and his future wife. Being a provider - I take pride in being able to provide for Kelsey,” Justin said. "It's not that I pay 100 percent on everything, she chips in and she’s a big part of my life. She definitely pulls weight as well. I just feel like as a man, that’s my job."

We gotta say, we love the maturity and honesty.

He also mentioned that with marriage comes more responsibility than a lot of men can handle.

“As men, we put a lot more pressure on ourselves than necessary, but you want to hold it down. That's what it feels like to be a man,” Justin said. "A lot of the responsibilities of getting engaged, planning a wedding...a lot of that falls on us. We’re past being 25 and having our parents pay for it. It's on us."

Speaking of parents (Justin's dad is a prominent Civil District Court judge and his mom is a philanthropist), when it comes to his family and Kelsey getting along, Justin says it's all good on his side.

  And about all that drama going on between Kelsey and their married co-star Tamica Lee, who seemingly has smoke for Kelsey every time they see each other, we had to ask. Does Tamica have a thang for the kid?

Justin assures it’s nothing like that.

  “Tamica is in love with her husband [Barry Lee, both pictured above on far right] and Barry and I have become really good friends over the years, we built our own friendship," said Justin. "He’s like a big brother to me. Tamica is just very possessive and territorial. She always says 'I’m just looking out for you'. She takes it too far. I think she wants to be the alpha cat in the group and all roads and gates have to go back to Tamica.”

Whewww chile. So since we couldn’t get the ring talk out of Reese, we're just gonna have to wait and see what’s gonna go down in the N.O. for the rest of the season.

A Mississippi teenage pageant queen, who had dreams of becoming a professional pilot, died over the weekend after she accidentally crashed her plane onto a golf course.

Elizabeth “Lake” Little, who was named Starkville’s representative for Miss Hospitality 2019, is being remembered for her “sweet and beautiful spirit” after she was involved in the crash that tragically took her life on Saturday.

“It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we mourn the loss of one of our Miss Hospitality family members, Starkville’s Lake Little,” the Mississippi pageantry wrote on Instagram on Sunday. “The loss of such a bright, shining young life is devastating, and our entire organization is heartbroken.”

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the Little family and countless others impacted by Lake’s sweet and beautiful spirit,” they continued.

“Through her grace, intelligence, and passion for her community and state, Lake epitomized the highest virtues of Miss Hospitality. Her light will forever shine as an incredible example to us all,” they added.

Lake, 18, was practicing the basics of operating a plane at the University-Oxford Airport, which is owned by the University of Mississippi, when the tragedy occurred on Saturday afternoon, Rod Guajardo, a spokesman for the University of Mississippi, tells PEOPLE.

Guajardo explains that “the plane affiliated with the Civil Air Patrol was performing ‘touch and go’ takeoffs and landings when it crashed Saturday around 3:15 p.m. near the 17th tee box at the Ole Miss Golf Course.”

Though the teen was not immediately identified, Guajardo said she was the person onboard the aircraft and suffered “serious burns.” The University Police, working with Oxford Police and the Lafayette County Coroner’s Office, later confirmed her identity.

Lake, a graduate of Starkville Academy who planned on attending the University of Southern Mississippi in the fall, was immediately airlifted to a Memphis-area trauma center to be treated, but died from her injuries just a few hours later, according to Guajardo.

The National Transportation Safety Board is currently investigating the crash, Guajardo adds.

Lake had recently graduated from Starkville Academy on May 16, according to her Instagram.

The aspiring professional pilot, who had her private license, was also a star student and model citizen, often appearing in the local newspapers for her academic and civic accomplishments, the Starkville Daily News reports.

Later this month, the teen planned on competing in Mississippi’s Miss Hospitality pageant. The winner of the competition spends a year promoting tourism and economic development to the state, their website states.

In her profile for the pageant, Lake said her dream was to fly for FedEx. She also noted that she planned to major in Speech Pathology and Audiology while at The University of Southern Mississippi, and hoped “to one day open her own speech pathology clinic to help children and the elderly while maintaining an aviation career.”

In the wake of her tragic death, many have paid tribute to the teen, including her family, her former school and many of her state’s political figures.

“The Starkville Academy family is grieving the loss of one of our own,” her school wrote on Instagram. “Lake Little, who graduated this past May, was a kind-hearted, talented, and inspiring young woman who brought joy to so many people. We are overwhelmed by the support sent by so many of you since learning about this tragedy.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the Little family.”

Mississippi Governor Phil Bryant expressed his condolences on Twitter, writing, “Such sad news about Lake Little. A beautiful light has passed from this world far too soon.”

“Deborah and I pray the dear Lord would assuage the pain and grief of her parents and family,” he added on behalf of his wife.

Starkville mayor Lynn Spruill wrote, “The City of Starkville is saddened by the loss of Lake Little. She was a star for us and had such a great plan for her life commitment to others. Flying was her love and her passion. Our thoughts and prayers to her family for comfort.”

“I was so proud for her and for your family,” she added. “She was such a wonderful ambassador on so many levels to so many. Know how much she will be missed.”

Her big brother Layton Little also paid tribute to his sister on social media, revealing that Lake had recently enlisted in the National Guard alongside a photo of her getting sworn in.

“America, she loved you! She loved you so much she enlisted in the National Guard!” he wrote. “She was so proud to take her oath just a few weeks ago to serve our State and Country. She might not have held a title for our military, but she was a true General for the Lord. I am so proud.”

In addition to Layton, Lake leaves behind her father, Mississippi Ward 3 Alderman David Little, her mother Pattie Little and brother Patton Little.

Aquel pasado 28 de noviembre de 2016, cerca de las 22:15 horas, el vuelo chárter 2933 de LaMia, que partió desde el aeropuerto boliviano Viru Viru con destino al José María Córdova de Medellín-Colombia, cobró la vida de 71 personas, en su mayoría miembros del club brasileño Chapecoense, al chocar contra Cerro Gordo en Antioquia.

A este terrible accidente aéreo, solo seis personas lograron sobrevivir a este trágico suceso. A su vez, las distintas investigaciones sobre el accidente no se hicieron esperar y las conclusiones fueron contundentes: el avión se precipitó a tierra debido a la falta de combustible.

De hecho, los pilotos de la aeronave hicieron varias escalas para reabastecer la nave en los aeropuertos Alfredo Vásquez Cobo de Leticia y El Dorado de Bogotá, pero no les alcanzó el combustible, porque el aeropuerto de Medellín estaba congestionado y tuvieron que volar más tiempo terminando en el cerro de la ciudad antioqueña.

La tragedia de aquel pasado 28 de noviembre de 2016 enlutó a Brasil, a Colombia y al mundo del fútbol, y hasta ahora es un hecho que no se ha superado a pesar que ya han transcurrido dos años. Hoy, el mundo del fútbol recuerda la tragedia y a la memoria viene el dolor de los familiares por la pérdida de sus seres queridos.

Los sobrevivientes de la tragedia Chapecoense

El equipo brasileño Chapecoense se dirigía, aquel nefasto día, a enfrentar al Atlético Nacional por la final de la Copa Suramericana

Como se ha mencionado, solo seis personas lograron salir con vida de este terrible accidente: tres futbolistas, un periodista, una azafata y un mecánico de aviones.

Alan Ruschel

El primero de los sobrevivientes que rescataron. Este jugador brasileño por poco queda paraplégico y debió ser sometido a dos cirugías de columna, pero tras dos años del accidente logró volver a jugar fútbol profesional.

Al portero Chapecoense le tuvieron que amputar la pierna derecha, además le operaron el tobillo izquierdo. Después del accidente Follmann tuvo que abandonar el fútbol profesional. Ahora es un embajador de Chapecoense.

Por aquel entonces resultó ser el último de todos los rescatados. Nieto, quien jugaba como defensa central, fue sometido a varias cirugías. En 2017 logró caminar nuevamente por sus propios medios.

El periodista que viajaba con el plantel. Por causa del accidente, Hanzel permaneció un mes en un hospital de Medellín hasta que regresó a Chapecó. Aún continúa ejerciendo su profesión.

Ximena Suárez

La azafata del vuelo de LaMia no pudo continuar con su trabajo de sobrecargo, por lo que se dedicó al modelaje.

Erwin Tumiri

El mecánico de aviones sufrió heridas menores, y aunque continúa ejerciendo su profesión asegura que nunca podrá olvidar el ruido momentos antes del accidente.

Look Now for Your SNF QRP Noncompliance Letters: Requests for Reconsideration due Aug. 7

CMS is providing notifications to facilities that were determined to be out of compliance with Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Quality Reporting Program (QRP) requirements for CY 2017, which will affect their FY 2019 Annual Payment Update (APU). Non-compliance notifications were mailed by the Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) and have been placed into facilities’ CASPER folders in QIES on July 9, 2018. 

Facilities that receive a letter of non-compliance may submit a request for reconsideration to CMS via email no later than 11:59pm PST, August 7, 2018.
